At Baby Star, we want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to receive a return authorization number.
Pack the Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside the parcel.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized courier point or schedule a home pickup using the prepaid shipping label provided in your account.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
